Unsatisfied with proof tooling feedback obtained from customer designated prototype facilities, Hercules Tool and Die Co. established Positive Prototype Inc. in 1988 for the sole purpose of  obtaining accurate results and feedback from prototype tooling tryout that could be used for their production tooling designs and reduce tooling lead-time. As a result, we have been able to provide our customers with the same commitment to excellence through proof die design and tryout for production processes. as well as prototype and alternate tooling for stamping prepilot and finish panels and assemblies.
